Flora Joint Venture acquires Heyday Medical Clinic

We are happy to share that Flora Holdings —the joint venture with Vitura Health (ASX: VIT) owning Releaf Clinics, has entered into an agreement to acquire key assets of Heyday Medical Clinic , one of Australia’s most respected alternative therapy clinics.

Since 2020, Heyday Medical has delivered high-quality, holistic care to over 5,000 patients. This acquisition significantly strengthens Flora’s existing clinical network and positions the joint venture as a national leader in face-to face and telehealth services for integrated holistic healthcare.

This move aligns with our shared vision to transform the alternative healthcare landscape in Australia through innovation, education and unwavering commitment to quality and patient care.
